【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店内部的安全保卫工作，制定并落实安全管理制度及应急预案，确保酒店财产与宾客、员工的人身安全。
2、组织并实施日常巡逻、门禁管理、监控值守及重点区域的治安检查，及时发现并排除安全隐患。
3、管理保安团队，合理排班，开展业务技能培训与考核，提升队员的应急处理能力和服务意识。
4、协调处理酒店内发生的各类突发事件（如纠纷、盗窃、火灾等），及时上报并做好记录存档。
5、配合公安、消防等政府部门进行安全检查，落实整改措施，确保酒店符合行业安全标准。
6、定期检查消防设施、安防设备的运行状态，做好维护保养台账，保障设备随时可用。
7、协助前台及客房部门处理夜间住客的安全需求，维护酒店正常经营秩序。
【岗位要求】
1、责任心强，具备良好的安全防范意识和组织协调能力，能独立带领团队开展工作。
2、身体健康，无不良记录，能够适应倒班及夜班工作安排。
3、有较强的沟通表达能力和服务意识，能妥善处理客诉及突发事件。
4、熟悉酒店安保流程及相关法律法规，持有保安证或消防设施操作员证者优先。
5、具备一定的电脑操作能力，能使用监控系统及基础办公软件。
6、学历要求：中专及以上学历，年龄要求：45周岁及以下，相关岗位2年以上工作经验。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：22-45岁
