岗位职责
1、协助员工入离职、调动手续办理。
2、计划安排好酒店员工工作餐。
3、做好日常工作及管理好酒店后台区域环境卫生工作。
4、办理酒店员工的暂住证、体检证。
5、协助员工劳动合同签订及管理工作。协助质检、培训工作。
6、负责部门资产保全、增补，调出等管理工作。
岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2、掌握文员工作、文书档案管理、接待礼仪等知识。
3、了解人事、工资、劳动保护、社会保险等政策、法规。
4、具有较好的文字组织能力和语言表达能力，能起草各类文件。
5、熟练掌握办公自动化技能。工作责任心强，有耐心。
