岗位职责
1.查看交班记录，了解移交事项并负责处理。
2.熟悉预订资料，了解客情，掌握即将来店的宾客信息。
3.熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。
4.办理入住酒店宾客的登记手续。
5.制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。
岗位要求
1.中专及以上学历，具有酒店工作经验优先考虑。
2.性格开朗、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识。
3.能够适应夜班工作。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-40岁
