1、每天审查并更正收入帐目。
2、特别审查应付帐款余额以确保其准确性，采取措施保证在90或120天内结清相应款项。S
3、酒店住宿预付款项的控制工作。
4、监控酒店的现金及投资。
5、分析研究出纳的帐目出入。
6、收据派发核销以及保管。
7、分析并录入银行对帐单信息。
8、编制诸如周转金及换置备用金等银行往来调节表。
9、审查月度存货应付帐款对账单。
10、审查采购应付帐目。
11、审查旅行社提成支付款项。
12、保管换置备用金的现金帐目。
13、审查不同来源的帐目，然后准备将其录入总帐。
14、审查餐饮类帐目及对帐表。
15、审查存货类应付帐款。
16、编制月末各类帐目。
17、整理准备月末结帐的各类会计凭证。
18、负责月末进行办公室计算机系统结帐工作。
19、与酒店其他部门就财会及内部控制事宜进行充分地合作、协调与沟通。
