【岗位职责】
确保遵循酒店的政策方针和品牌标准。
确保所有队员遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。
确保正确解释酒店的服务标准和酒店政策给员工并且让员工正确的执行。
提供良好的工作氛围和建立和谐的团队，增加团队的士气和工作效率。
和厨师建立有效的沟通和友善的工作关系。
提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变。
运营时候处理所有的客人建议，记录客史记录并且维护。
【岗位要求】
出色的沟通能力、全面的餐饮部运营知识。
良好的管理技能，具备5年相关的工作经验，3年主管级经验。
积极主动和精力充沛，和团队有良好的沟通。
有政务接待经验者优先录用
