About the location:



About the role

  • To drive catering & conference business. 
  • 推动宴会会议业务。 
  • To assist catering sales team to provide consistence catering & conference services.   
  • 帮助宴会销售团队提供宴会会议服务。


What you will do

  • Implements all catering and events sales action plans related to the respective catering market segment and as outlined in the Marketing Plan.  
  • 实现所有宴会和会议销售计划,其中包括宴会市场分类和营销计划。 
  • Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.  
  • 积极参与实现部门目标,有助于市场营销预算。 
  • Solicit and book all types of catering business from various sources of leads.  
  • 征集并预定从各个渠道获得的宴会业务。 
  • Take ownership of customer from point of contract to after sales service.  
  • 从合同到售后服务中发扬主人公精神。 
  • Develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients.  
  •  为潜在客户展示创意及菜单。 
  • Creative in upselling for incremental revenue.  
  •  充满创意,增加销售量。 
  • Respond to all telephone and walk in inquiries regarding catering space.  
  •  处理所有电话及入店客人关于宴会场地的问询。 
  • Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all personal sales calls.  
  •  对所有个人的销售电话保持积极的跟进。 
  • Coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and catering to insure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues.  
  • 协调销售部门和宴会部门之间的销售业绩以保证适当的空间利用率,产生最大的收益。  
  • Follow through the event management flow process until departure of key repeated accounts.  
  •  跟进宴会管理流程直到客户离店。 
  • Communicate last minute event details to all operational departments concerned for their own productivity and achievement of guest satisfaction.   
  •  针对临时宴会,与各个运营部门协调会议细节。 
  • Responsible to ensure that the dissemination of groups related information to the related departments.  
  •  负责保证宴会相关信息正确传递给相关部门。 
  • Be visible to organizer and clients during their event and constantly seek feedback on guest’s satisfaction.  
  •  随时和组织者及客户保持联系,并不断追求客户的满意度。 
  • Giving feedback in a timely, professional and constructive manner.  
  • 以专业的态度给予解释的反馈。 
  • Review bills with organizers regularly so as eliminate any adjustments on final invoice.  
  • 与组织者审阅账单,以避免任何对最终发票的整改。 
  • Verifies charges and layout of in voice prepared by Accounts Receivable or Front Office before sending invoice to clients.  
  • 在客人之前,核实财务或前台准备的账单和费用。 
  • Attend the pre-event meeting and post-event meeting as required.  
  •  根据要求参加会前会议和会后总结会。 
  • Continue to maintain close relationship with existing clients while building relationship with new clienteles.  
  •  在开发新客户的同时保持和现有客户的紧密关系。 
  • Establishes good working relationship within the department and with other departments.  
  •  与部门内部和其他部门之间保持良好工作关系。 

What you bring

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.   
  • 具有代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。  
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. 
  • 具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力。 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. 
  • 精通微软办公软件。 
  • Good bilingual writing skills. 
  • 良好的中英文写作技能。 
  • Min. 2 –3 years’ experience in hotel Conference sales. 
  • 至少2-3年酒店销售经验。
