作为餐厅经理，您的角色将确保每位游客都拥有良好的用餐体验，不断努力超越他们的需求。您将以身作则，以积极主动的工作态度激励团队。您将始终保持沉着冷静，确保餐厅运营维持最高标准。

As Restaurant Manager your role will ensure each guest has a positive dining experience as you continuously strive to go above and beyond their needs. You will inspire the team by leading by example, always adopting a hands-on, can do attitude. You will remain calm, always composed and in control. Ensuring the highest of standards are maintained.

作为主要信息沟通者与其他业务线进行沟通交流

Key communication and messaging platform between F&B and other LOB throughout SHDR.

监督同事完成工作职责，指引并领导所有下属人员

Supervise subordinates to carry out their jobs, Guidance & Leadership to all associates

积极与所有演职人员沟通

Communication with fellow cast members

联络部门与酒店管理层

Liaison between Section and Hotel management

管理劳动力预测并负责为餐厅提高利润，负责调整价格、折扣、促销和大型活动。根据业务条件和消费者趋势审核计划，并执行被批准的调整计划。

Manage labor forecasting and responsible for increasing the profitability of the location, markdowns/markups, discounts, promotions and event functions. Review plans against business conditions and consumer trends and execute approved adjustment plans.

我们希望您：

至少5年以上高端餐厅或相关主题公园同岗位运营经验
At least 5 years’ experience in high-end or fine dining restaurant, or relevant theme park business with similar position
丰富的餐饮管理经验，并了解相通的所有业务线
Experience in F&B management with exposure to all lines of businesses
与游客及演职人员保持良好的沟通技能
Strong relationship skills consistent with the extensive amount of personal interaction that will take place with Guests and Casts
足够的协调力，说服力，沟通能力，表达能力以及演说技能，并有高等的创造与革新力
Solid negotiation, persuasion, communication, presentation and public speaking skills with high level of creativity and innovation
流利的中文与英文
Fluent in Mandarin and English
