职位介绍：
作为厨房设备维修技术员，您的主要职责是负责酒店厨房区域内所有机械设备、电气系统、给排水设施及排烟系统的日常巡检、保养与维修工作。
工作内容：
o  您应高度重视安全，并身体力行。
o  您将确保所负责范围内的资产安全可靠，保证演出布景质量。
o  负责商用燃气灶具、蒸箱、烤箱、万能蒸烤箱、洗碗机、冷库、制冰机等重型设备的故障排查与维修。
o  检查并维修厨房区域的上下水管道、隔油池、排水沟，解决堵塞和渗漏问题。
o  维护厨房排风系统、新风系统及油烟净化器，确保排烟通畅，符合消防与环保要求。
o  严格遵守燃气安全操作规程，定期检查燃气管道、阀门及报警装置，杜绝安全隐患。
o  您还需完成领导安排的其他任务。
我们希望您：
o  持特种作业操作证（低压电气），持有《制冷与空调作业证》或《焊工证》者优先考虑。
o  良好的手工作业经验与技能。
o  熟悉安全挂牌标识流程与程序。
o  2年以上商业厨房、星级酒店或大型食堂设备维修经验。
o  具有良好的沟通能力，善于团队合作。
o  能在倒班制的所有时段（即三班中的任意一班）、周末工作。
o  能在节假日工作。
o  具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Job Summary:
As a Kitchen Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility
is to handle the daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical
equipment, electrical systems, plumbing facilities, and exhaust systems within
the hotel's kitchen areas. 
Key Responsibilities:
o  Prioritize safety and lead by example.
o  Ensure the safety and reliability of all assets within your designated area, and guarantee the
quality of stage set-ups.
o  Troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty kitchen equipment, including commercial gas stoves, steamers,
ovens, combi-ovens, dishwashers, cold rooms, and ice makers.
o  Inspect and maintain plumbing systems in the kitchen areas, such as water supply and
drainage pipes, grease traps, and floor drains; resolve clogging and leakage issues promptly.
o  Maintain kitchen exhaust systems, fresh air systems, and oil mist purifiers to ensure
unobstructed ventilation and compliance with fire safety and environmental regulations.
o  Strictly adhere to gas safety operating procedures. Conduct regular inspections of gas
pipelines, valves, and alarm devices to eliminate any potential safety hazards.
o  Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Desired Qualifications:
o  Required: Special Operation License for Low-Voltage Electrical Work. Preferred: Refrigeration
& Air Conditioning Certificate or Welding Certificate.  
o  Good hand work experience and skill.
o  Experience at Lock out Tag out procedure and process will be plus.
o  A minimum of 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in commercial kitchens, star-rated hotels, or large-scale cafeterias.
o  Good communication skills and spirit of cooperation.
o  Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) as deemed
required by management.
o   Available to work on holidays.
o   Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
