1.Represent the Company with confidence,competence and clarity in all on / off site coordination work between designteams, clients, contractors, operators and all consultants during projectconstruction stage

代表公司在项目设计及建设阶段，对设计团队、客户、承包商、操作人员和所有咨询人员之间能以信心、能力和清晰的方式协调工作中。

2.Obtainthorough understanding of our design presentation, tender drawings andspecification

能对设计演示、投标图纸和行业规范有深入认识了解。

Review,comment and approve contractors’ shop drawings and submittals
能执行审查、评论和在指示下批准设计/承包商的图纸提交。
3.Ensureclarification on scope of work, adherence to design deliverables, as well asquality and accuracy of progress tally with the Company design intent andspecification

能确保设计工作范围清晰，符合设计的可交付性，及与设计意向和规范相一致的质量和准确性。

4.Coordinateand resolve technical issues on the Company design with all parties
能与各方协调和解决公司设计的技术问题
5.Visitsites and / or fabricators’ facilities to review prototypes and progress ofwork (local and overseas)
访问制造商的生产过程，审查原型和工作进展（本地和海外）
6.Inspectfinal placement of furniture, furnishing, equipment, fixtures, artwork anddecorative specialties c/w assist to inspect for damage quality, assembly andfunctions are in accordance to requirement
检查家具、装备、设备、夹具、艺术品和装饰专业的最终布置，以检查损坏的质量，装配和功能符合要求。
7.Assistthe assessment of contractors’ variation works and final account by clarifyingand explanation design information
通过核实和演绎设计信息，对承包商的工作变化和账户最终结算进行评估。
8.Executedefect inspection, compile schedule of visual defects and omission c/w punchlist with clients
执行缺陷检查，编制缺陷和遗漏清单。
