•To train, guide and motivate all grading restaurant ambassador on a regular basis in conjunction with the operation manual in order to achieve the high standard of service and ensure complete ambassador satisfaction at all time.

•Provide guidance to talent to prepare them for future advancement and achieving their goal. Ensure the succession plan is carried out accordingly.

•Ensure all talents are familiar with emergency procedures.
保证所有大使餐厅员工熟知紧急消防程序。
•Monitors cleanliness & Hygiene standards on restaurant environment, as well work safety on front and back house area.
保证大使餐厅环境的清洁和卫生，同时保证前后区域的的安全。
•Prepare weekly menu.
准备每周的菜单。
•Knowing the market supplying situation and be serious in store control and cost calculation.
了解食品市场价格，严格控制库存量，加强成本核算。
•Prepares effective talent roster and annual leave plan.
制定有效的大使餐厅排班表并安排人才休年假。
•Good computer skills and management ability.

•3 years supervisory experience in related working experience

•Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.
