· Manages the maintenance health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees and ornamental plants.

负责管理和保养酒店内所有的树木、木、和观赏植物。

· Manages the repair and maintenance of all sprinklers and water lines.

负责修理和维护洒水装置和水管。

· Manages grounds to include cleaning and maintenance.

· Assists with writing capital for major repairs and equipment purchases.

· Hire, train, motivate, and provide on-going communication to talent.
