岗位职责
1.熟悉及了解各部门工作细则和流程；
2.以项目方式，参与相关的公司管理工作；
3.需在公司出财务之外的各个部门进行轮岗，根据轮岗期间具体工作实际最终由人事管理部门考核确定岗位及分管事项；
4.需每个工作计划阶段针对酒店日常管理上交书面化建议；
5.执行酒店安排的其他相关工作。
岗位要求
1.认同并实践洲际集团企业文化；
2.有协调跨部门工作经验和较强的项目管理能力；
3.具有较强的沟通能力和文字表达能力，能够熟练使用 Office工具；
4.自我职业规划清晰，有意愿和酒店共同成长；
5.具有良好的沟通能力，善于团队合作，具备优秀的学习能力和管理潜力；
6.具有高度的工作热情，积极主动，尽职担责，同时具备较强的适应性，能承受较大的工作压力。

responsibility

1. Familiar with and understand each department working rules and procedures;

2. Project way, involved in the company management;

5. Perform other related work assigned by the hotel.
