As a Reservation Clerk, we rely on you to
作为一名预定文员，你的主要工作职责为：
1. To be well-versed with the facilities and service offered by the hotel
2. To "master" the room product in terms of rates, layout, breakdown, benefits and amenities
3. To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process
4. Proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment
5. To ensure that all reservations are entered accurately and update maintained consistently
1、熟悉酒店设施及服务
2、熟悉客房产品，如价格、房间特征、优惠政策及客用品
3、了解预定操作程序
4、熟悉掌握预定系统和设备
5、确保预定准确无误，并及时更新

We are looking for someone who: 
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Minimum of one year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position
2. Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills
3. Be familiar with Opera system 
4. Good computer skills in relevant working system 
5. Commitment to professional values
1、具备一年以上国际五星级同等岗位工作经验
2、良好的书写和口头交流技巧，英文及普通话流利
3、熟练Opera系统
4、良好的电脑操作技能
5、有责任感，专业的工作态度
