As a Reservation Supervisor, we rely on you to
作为一名预定部主管，你的主要工作职责为：
1. To handle staff scheduling and administrative report requirements
2. To constantly review task processes and staff productivity in ensuring that work standards are consistently met
3. To coordinate reservations requirements with the respective departments
4. To manage room availability across all distribution system to maximize sales opportunities and minimize regrets build-up
5. To implement inventory control and selling strategies as dictated by the Reservations Manager
6. To closely monitor tight dates and give recommendations to Reservations Manager on yield opportunities. 
1、合理地安排员工日程，并提供相关的经营需求报告
2、检查工作的流程和员工工作情况，始终如一地符合质量标准
3、与相关部门协调预订部的需求
4、分别在不同的订房分布系统管理可利用的房间，以便于较大限度地抓住时机和降低损失
5、贯彻执行预订部经理规定的房量管理和销售策略
6、随时监督入住高峰期，并且在创收机会上向预订部经理提供有效的建议。

We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Minimum of two year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position;
2. Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills;
3. Be familiar with Opera system;
4. Good computer skills in relevant working system;
5. Commitment to professional values;
1、具备2年以上国际五星级同等岗位工作经验
2、良好的书写和口头交流技巧，英文及普通话流利
3、熟练Opera系统
4、良好的电脑操作技能
5、有责任感，专业的工作态度
