As a Service Associate – Staff Dormitory, we rely on you to
作为一名员工宿舍管理员，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Maintain the dormitory in the clean, tidy and safe condition.
2. Assistant for expat & NRC housing arrangement
3. Settle Excom Housing billing & reimbursement
4. Check the wire or other things which maybe cause a fire or accident.
5. Conduct the assets inventory every month in Dorm, and report to HRM about the check result
6. Clean and sweep the shift dorm weekly
7. To monitor the shuttle bus arrangement and communicate timely for any problem
8. To maintain the use of public laundry machine
9. Raise work order to Engineering if there is anything need maintenance. Follow up the work order.
1、管理和维护宿舍的整洁，整齐和安全
2、帮助外聘人员寻找房源
3、负责行政人员的月度房租与相关费用的报销
4、检查任何引发火灾的隐患
5、每月开展宿舍固定资产盘点,并向人力资源经理汇报盘点结果
6、每周整理一次酒店内倒班宿舍卫生
7、监督好员工班车的出车安排，及时沟通相关问题
8、维护好公共洗衣机的使用
9、宿舍日常维修，与工程部保持联系，并追踪结果
