As a Security Manager, we rely on you to
作为一名保安部经理，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
2. Strictly implement the safety measures per Hilton Hotels Safety Management Policy and Guidance Implement the safety measures per national laws and regulations, and also local rules and regulations of Xiamen City.
3. Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
4. Ensuring security is effective.
5. Assure the safety of the Hotel, Hotel personnel and customers, and also the safety of their property.
6. Get a good relationship with the local administration, especially with the local PSB and Fire Control Bureau.
1. 此职位负责保障酒店所有安全，并同政府有关部门建立并保持良好的工作关系.
2. 严格执行国家法律法规及厦门市地方法规。
3. 根据有关法律、法规及相关规定，制定饭店安全保卫制度、防火制度，并组织贯彻实施
4. 监督检查各项安全制度执行情况，保证安全制度的贯彻和落实
5. 确保酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全
6. 同当地的公安、消防机关及其他相关政府部门建立良好的关系

2. Has relevant experience with an International Hotel Group
