As a Director of Sales, we rely on you to

1. Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan；
2. Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers
3. Lead and develop sales team
4. In conjunction with the DOM and other department heads, maximize rooms inventory and catering space identify opportunities for focused sales programs
5. Maintain close, frequent, open communication with the DOSM and other S&M department heads
1、参与制定和执行的酒店营销计划
2、制定计划和直接努力实现团队和散客产量的目标
3、领导和发展销售团队
4、与DOSM和其他部门负责人，最大限度地提高客房量和餐饮空间，寻求机会，集中销售计划

We are looking for someone who:
