1. Assist CR Manager to coach and maximize the performance of the team
2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service
3. Maintain smooth CR operation on a daily basis
4. Support the CR Manager from planning and organizing perspective
1、协助中餐厅经理指导并使团队的表现最大化；
2、确保每位客人都能得到高质量的服务；
3、保持中餐厅的正常运作；
4、从计划和组织的角度支持中餐厅经理；

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has passion for Food & Beverage
2. Enjoys interacting with people
3. Have at least 5 years’ experience working in either luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment
4. Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
5. Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
