As a PA Technician, we rely on you to
作为一名公共区域技工，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Carry out the maintenance and clearness work of all public areas' glass, carpet, marble, etc., according to the plan and daily assignments 
2. Reports timely of any damaged or abused public areas furniture, fixtures, carpet or any other items 
3. Use and maintain all kinds of equipment and tools correctly to ensure that they are in good working condition
4. Performs any other duties or tasks assigned by PA Manager or Executive Housekeeper
1、按照计划和每日工作分配开展各个区域的玻璃、地毯、石材等的维护保养和清洁工作
2、及时汇报公共区域有损的家具、固定资产、地毯和其他设备用品
3、爱护并正确使用和保养各种设备和器具，确保设备和工具处于良好的运行状态
4、执行公共区域经理和行政管家分配的其他工作
 
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Knowledgeable of public area basic operations 
2. Professional knowledge and skills in cleaning and maintenance of carpet, marble, glass, etc.
3. Good knowledge and skill of cleaning machine and detergent
4. At least 1 year relevant working experience
5. Willing to work shifts
1、具备公共区域基本运作方面的专业知识
2、具备地毯、石材、玻璃等物品的清洁和维护保养专业知识和技能
3、具备良好的清洁机器及清洁剂使用知识和技能
4、至少一年相关工作经验
5、能够适应倒班工作
