Overview:

管理员工薪酬福利制度，确保及时提供酒店劳务合同中的福利待遇。

Administer employee benefits program to ensure the timely delivery of benefits related services and compliance of the Hotel’s contractual obligation in the CBA.

主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

1. 跟进和记录员工变动：调动，晋升/降级和职位变更等相应带来的级别、工资、福利等变化，并及时更新至人事系统。

Trace and record corresponding changes on job grade, salary, benefit and so on that caused by employee movements: transfer, promotions/demotion and change in title and etc., keep HR System data up-to-date.

2. 整理、记录、审查所有薪金结算的相关依据，如考勤、工作起止日期、换班、休假等。

Sort out, record and check all the supporting for salary calculation such as attendance record, start and termination date, shift rotation, leaves and etc.

3. 薪金结算的数据准备工作以及月末结算工作。

Data preparation for payroll calculation and month end closing of payroll.

4. 准备已辞职员工的薪金支付。

Be in charge of employee’s final pay.

5. 负责员工的请假事宜及纪录。

Be in charge of employee leave request and record.

6. 处理各种离职福利相关事宜。

Process all kinds of leave benefits.

7. 执行其他有关福利的工作任务，办理员工的社保和公积金的新增与减员。

Administer all other benefits related tasks, properly handle registration and cancellation of social insurance and housing fund.

8. 跟进员工的健康体检，确保所有体检证明的有效性。

Follow up employee’s health check, ensure the validation of all health certificates.

9. 处理政府需要的外籍劳务的相关文件。

Processes papers required by the government for expatriates for special functions.

10. 准备意外事故报告和报销事宜。

Prepare accidents reports and reimbursements.

11. 跟进新进员工和新晋升员工试用期间的工作表现记录，并负责准备相关通启。

Monitors and prepares memos and change of status of probationary period of newly hired and newly promoted employees.

12. 掌握当地政策法规，对员工事务的处理向人力资源经理提交专业的建议。

Be aware of local labor laws and rules, providing professional suggestion to HR Manager in terms of employee issues.

13. 按时提供各类相关的数据统计报表。

Deliver all kinds of data statistic report in a timely manner.

14. 人力资源系统的日常信息维护和监控。

Daily information maintaining and monitor of HR System.
