协助员工餐厅厨师长的日常管理和菜肴出口。

Assist Sous Chef of staff kitchen daily supervision and food production.

主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

1. 保证与上级有良好的沟通。

To ensure the good co-ordinate of orders.

2. 控制好产品的质量和数量。

Monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served.

3. 控制好厨房收货的质量和数量。

Monitor correct quality and quantity of all foods received for kitchen.

4. 用餐时间为员工制作员工餐。

Cook staff meals during mealtime.

5. 保证未变质食物不被浪费。

Ensure no reusable foods are not wasted.

6. 对酒店的防火措施，卫生管理，健康安全方面理解正确全面并致力去推进。

Have a complete understanding and to follow up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

7. 尊重厨师长的管理方式。

Respect the Sous Chef management.

8. 良好的个人卫生及仪容仪表和在干净的制服。

Have cleanliness appearances as well as a good hygiene and some clean uniform.

9. 保持与团队和员工良好的沟通，协助收集员工意见和建议并及时反馈。

Maintain a good communication with the team and employees, assist in collecting employees’ advises and report back to Sous Chef promptly.

10. 完善和维持与卫生清洁有关的质量标准。

To complement and maintain quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.

11. 在厨师长和与员工需要时提供帮助。

Helps wherever required as per Sous Chef or team members.

12. 确保所有设备器运营良好。

Ensure all operating equipment / furniture is in good condition.

· 在同类餐厅或酒店工作经验两年以上

With minimum two years working experience at similar restaurant or hotel

· 熟悉各种菜式的烹饪方法

Familiar with cooking all kinds of foods

· 善于通过学习自我提高
