儿童俱乐部助理主要负责儿童俱乐部部门的日常运作，关注于客人满意度，部门运作标准和部门运作营收。

The Little Shoots Kid’s Club Assistant is primarily responsible for kid’s club operations. The role is to focus on guest satisfaction, operations standards and profitability.

主要工作职责:

Core Responsibilities:

1. 欢迎并照顾好各国籍不同的儿童；

按照不同的年龄段组织不同的儿童活动；

保持良好，让客人安心的态度，有利于情感安全的联系，使儿童和家长监护人安心；

参与儿童乐园活动组织。

Welcome and take care of a group of children from various nationalities;

Organize and animate activities adapted to the age of the supervised children;

Adopt an attitude and a reassuring behavior, favoring links of emotional safety which reassure the smallest and reassure the parents;

Participate in the animation and in the events of the kid club.

2. 实行并遵守酒店儿童俱乐部安全卫生标准；

实行儿童俱乐部经理的安排和规定；

保持设备材料完美状态，保证质量安全。

Apply and respect the standards of the resort in particular the rules of safety and hygiene

of the Kids Club;

Apply the rules of the kid’s club manager;

Maintain the material in perfect state to offer a quality practice safely.

3. 积极向客人介绍和销售小芽儿童乐园活动，帮助部门增加收入。

Actively introduce and promote resort activities to increase department revenue.

4. 控制部门运营成本。

Control operating and merchandising costs.

5. 执行度假村及部门标准与程序。

Executing resort and department standard operation procedure.

6. 按时参加部门培训。

Attend departmental training on time.

7. 以身作则，确保度假村及部门标准与程序的安全执行。

Demonstrate Awareness of naked policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within naked guidelines.
