岗位职责
1.落实岗位责任制和运行规程，确保所管辖的配电、水暖、空调、锅炉系统的正常运行。
2.实施管理范围内设备的维修保养计划，保证这些计划按预定的规范要求，按时按质完成。
3.对酒店改造工程，外包大修工程应积极组织人员密切配合，保证施工质量与进度。
4.制定本班组的备品、备件计划。
5.检查所辖范围内的设备运行状况、环境卫生、安全保障，杜绝非公务人员进入机房，保证设备安全。
6.组织实施工程部领导的运行调度指令和日常维修改造指令，并监督、检查完成情况。
岗位要求
1.大专学历，从事设备管理工作5年以上。
2.有强烈的事业心与责任感，对工作一丝不苟，任劳任怨。
3.具有配电、锅炉等系统设备的操作维护、管理知识。
4.对酒店机电工程设备、建筑设备等的布局、功能有较深的了解，具有较强的综合分析、判断能力和应急能力，具有协调运行班组人员关系、合理调配人力和一定的组织管理能力。
5.身体健康，精力充沛。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：28-45岁
