协助西餐厅经理开展日常运营管理，统筹当班期间前厅全部服务工作，管理服务员、实习生，把控餐中服务品质、环境卫生、员工纪律、物料消耗，落实万豪服务标准，做好宾客维护、跨部门配合，在经理不在时代行当班负责人职责。
根据营业预订及客流合理排岗、分配员工工作：餐前分工（领位、看台、饮品服务、收盘、备餐），高峰时段灵活调配人力，避免岗位空档。
开展班前会：通报当日预订情况、VIP 客人、特色菜品、当日沽清、酒店近期活动、服务注意事项、仪容仪表要求；检查员工工服、工鞋、妆容、指甲、首饰，不合格人员要求整改后方可上岗。
在岗期间监督员工服务礼仪、站姿用语、工作效率，纠正不规范操作；对新员工、实习生进行实操带教，培训点餐推销、酒水知识、上菜流程、收盘标准、餐具摆放。
做好员工排班考勤，记录员工工作表现，反馈员工优缺点，协助经理完成月度绩效评价，处理员工当班期间情绪问题，维护团队氛围。
班后安排员工分工收尾工作，监督员工按时完成清洁，检查离岗情况。
