Job Summary – (Role Summary)
工作概述﹣(职位概述)
· To provide friendly, personalized service while promoting, booking and confirming reservations for room, transportation, spa and restaurants for all segments. To promote return business by expressing the company’s philosophy of hospitality in all customer interactions. Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of all room types, room amenities and general knowledge of Property, ensuring considerable cross-sales potential between outlets, including all Food and Beverage outlets and Spa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

· Check availability and book room, transportation and restaurant reservations using multiple computer programs.
· 使用不同计算机系统进行房态查询,预订房间、交通工具及餐厅
· Provide the highest level of customer service while exercises proper phone etiquette and professionalism for internal and external guests.
· 以专业的电话礼仪向顾客及内部员工提供高质素的服务
· Answer incoming calls in a timely manner.
· 以合适的态度及时接听来电
· Make sure that all guest reservations are handled professionally and accurately.

· Assist with rate changes, block arrangements, open and close any hotel related channels, all room relate promotions to control hotel inventory in order to maximize revenue with the approval of management.
· 在管理层的同意下,协助处理价格更改、资源调配、灵活开放酒店的相关销售渠道、及协助所有相关客房的推广活动。有效地控制酒店客房资源,以提高公司利润
· Seize every opportunity to enthusiastically cross-sell rooms, restaurants, spa and other services.
· 利用每一个机会,尽可能地对客房、餐厅、水疗及其他服务进行横向销售
· Maintain some simple daily, monthly and yearly reports for management.
· 维持一些常用的日报表、月报表及年报表并交予管理层之用

· Maintain high service standard by achieving and maintaining Mobil score of 93% or above

· Ensure all information relating to company, guests, data and reports are true and accurate in all systems and channels.

· Assist with administrative duties not limited to answer any hotel related questions for internal and external customers, verifying information for all relevant parties, and telemarketing.

· Cross train in other relevant departments to improve overall skill sets.
