1.协助值班工程师和副总工程师有关酒店和建筑的辅助维修保养工作，确保工作达到行业中的高标准，以使顾客满意。
Assist the Shift Engineer or Chief Engineerwith general hotel and building minor maintenance and ensure that work iscompleted to a high standard within your established trade which meets theneeds and expectations of your customers. 
2. 严格遵守有关规章制度确保酒店的空调主机房、制冷和暖通水系统、制冷和暖通风系统、冷却塔系统、热泵系统、空调风柜、新风和排风系统、风机盘管系统、冻库、制冷机等设备的正常运行，确保负责的区域设施设备和机房卫生干净整洁无异味。      
Strictly abide by the relevant rules andregulations to ensure the normal operation of the hotel's air conditioning mainroom, refrigeration and heating water system, refrigeration and heatingventilation system, cooling tower system, heat pump system, air conditioningcabinet, fresh air and exhaust air system, fan coil system, freezer,refrigerating machine and other equipment, to ensure that the responsible areafacilities and equipment room clean clean and no odor.
3.汇同空调暖通工对安全设备进行定期测试和检查。需经常和空调暖通工保持密切的沟通和工作上的配合。        
Regular testingand inspection of safety equipment is carried out with the air conditioningHVAC workers. Need to keep close communication and work with air conditioningand ventilation workers.
4.若工作需要时，需要服从加班或换班的安排。班次不仅只有白班，也有上中班和夜班等其
它班次。
Submit to overtime or shift change whenever necessary. Not only the day shift, but also the
middle and night shifts and other shifts.
5.进行员工宿舍的维修，客房维修保养，公区维修保养，设备维修保养等工作。
Carry out staff dormitory maintenance, guest room maintenance, public area maintenance,
equipment maintenance and other work.
6.协助值班工程师主导下单采购工作所需要的材料、配件、项目改造和维修的责任、义务和
权力，对材料的进度需要保持和采购的沟通，确保材料能及时到货。
Assist the engineer on duty current to lead the ordering and purchasing of current team
materials, accessories, project transformation and maintenance responsibilities, obligations
and rights, keep communication with the procurement of materials progress, ensure that
materials can arrive in time.
