【岗位职责】

1. 全面负责管理酒店的所有财务运作业务
Fully responsible for managing all financial operations of the hotel.

2.对资金结算，业务的资金划拨，进行审核监督
Audit and supervise the settlement of funds and the transfer of business funds.

3.协调与代销机构、托管银行、资金结算银行等外部机构以及酒店其他部门的业务往来
Coordinate business dealings with external institutions such as sales agencies, custodian banks, fund settlement banks, and other departments of the hotel.

4.确保酒店的所有收入入账清晰准确,提供完整准确平衡的收入报表
Ensure that all hotel revenue is recorded clearly and accurately, and provide complete, accurate, and balanced revenue reports.

5.处理财务总监指示的所有财务相关事宜
Handle all financial related matters instructed by the Director of Finance.

【岗位要求】
1、财经类相关专业优先，持有会计从业资格证或初级以上职称者更佳。
Candidates with finance‑economics‑related majors are preferred; possession of Accounting Qualification Certificate or junior‑level and above professional titles is a plus.

2、熟悉酒店财务运作模式，具备较强的账务处理及数据分析能力，能独立完成全盘账务。
Familiar with hotel financial operation mode, proficient in accounting processing and data analysis, capable of independently handling full‑set accounting books.

3、熟练使用财务软件及办公软件，尤其Excel高级功能。
Proficient in financial software and office applications, especially advanced functions of Excel.

4、具备较好的沟通协调能力，能跨部门推动财务制度执行，抗压能力强。
Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving the implementation of financial systems across departments, and resilient under work pressure.

5、工作细致严谨，责任心强，注重团队合作与结果导向。
Meticulous and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, team‑oriented and result‑driven.

6、有酒店行业财务经验者优先考虑。
Prior experience in hotel finance is preferred.
