As an Artist, we rely on you to:
作为酒店美工，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Design various hotel promotional materials including event posters, brochures, menus and digital assets, ensuring compliance with group standards.
  负责酒店各类宣传物料设计，包括活动海报、宣传册、菜单及电子素材，确保符合集团标准。
2、Create visual content for the hotel's official social media and online platforms to enhance the brand's online presence.
  设计酒店官方社交媒体及线上平台的视觉内容，提升品牌线上呈现效果。
3、Assist the operation department in developing creative concepts for various hotel-themed activities, provide design solutions and optimize based on feedback.
  协助运营部门完成酒店各类主题活动的创意构思，提供设计方案并根据反馈优化。
4、Manage design files and asset libraries to ensure complete traceability of materials and improve team collaboration efficiency.
  管理设计文件与素材库，确保资料完整可追溯，提高团队协作效率。
5、Coordinate with printing suppliers to confirm production processes and timelines, ensuring finished product quality and delivery efficiency.
  对接印刷供应商，确认物料制作工艺与周期，保障成品质量与交付时效。
6、Collect outstanding industry design cases, propose visual upgrade suggestions combined with hotel characteristics to enhance brand recognition.
  收集行业优秀设计案例，结合酒店特色提出视觉升级建议，增强品牌辨识度。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：

1、College degree or above in graphic design, visual communication or related fields, with 2 years of design experience; hotel industry experience is preferred.
  大专及以上学历，平面设计、视觉传达等相关专业，2年设计经验，有酒店行业经验者优先。
2、Proficiency in Photoshop and other design software, capable of independently completing the entire design process.
  熟练掌握 Photoshop等设计软件，能独立完成全流程设计工作。
3、Good aesthetic ability and creative expression, familiar with brand.
  具备良好的审美能力与创意表现力，熟悉品牌执行标准。
4、Knowledge of printing processes and material production techniques to ensure the implement ability of design solutions.
  了解印刷流程与物料制作工艺，能确保设计方案的可落地性。
5、Excellent communication skills and execution ability, able to efficiently respond to requirements and complete design tasks on time.
  具备良好的沟通能力与执行力，能高效对接需求并按时完成设计任务。
6、Meticulous and responsible, able to adapt to periodic high-intensity work and accept ad-hoc design requests.
  工作细致有责任心，能适应阶段性高强度工作，接受临时设计需求。
