As a Bar Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店酒吧经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Take full charge of the bar's daily operations, ensuring standardized and efficient service processes to achieve revenue targets.
  全面负责酒吧日常运营管理，确保服务流程规范、高效运转，达成营收目标。
2、Develop beverage menus and pricing strategies, update categories based on market trends, and optimize cost control.
  制定酒水菜单及定价策略，根据市场趋势更新品类，优化成本控制。
3、Lead the bar team, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling, to enhance the team's professionalism and service awareness.
 领导并管理酒吧团队，包括培训、绩效考核及排班，提升团队专业能力与服务意识。
4、Maintain customer relationships, properly handle guest complaints and special needs, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.
  维护良好客户关系，处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，提升客户满意度与复购率。
5、Strictly control beverage quality and inventory management, ensure timely supply of materials that meet standards, and conduct inventory checks and cost accounting.
  严格把控酒水品质与库存管理，确保物料供应及时且符合标准，做好盘点与成本核算。
6、Be responsible for bar safety management (including fire safety, beverage safety, and guest safety), and identify and avoid potential risks.
  负责酒吧安全管理，包括消防安全、酒水安全及宾客安全，排查潜在风险。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、 At least 3 years of management experience in bars or high-end catering establishments, familiar with beverage knowledge and bar operation processes.
  具备3年以上酒吧或高端餐饮场所管理经验，熟悉酒水知识及酒吧运营流程。
2、Excellent team leadership and organizational coordination skills, able to effectively motivate the team to achieve goals.
  拥有出色的团队领导与组织协调能力，能有效激励团队达成目标。
3、Strong market sensitivity and marketing planning ability, capable of organizing themed events to boost bar popularity.
  具备较强的市场敏感度与营销策划能力，能策划主题活动提升酒吧人气。
4、Excellent communication skills, proficient in handling customer relationships and unexpected issues.
  沟通表达能力优秀，善于处理客户关系及突发问题。
5、Good English proficiency to meet the needs of international guests.
  英语良好，可应对国际宾客需求。
6、Priority will be given to those with relevant bartending or beverage service qualification certificates.
  持有相关调酒或酒水服务资格证书者优先。
