As a Fitness&Spa Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店健身中心&水疗经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the hotel's spa center, including the operation and services of the fitness center, swimming pool, SPA, and other areas.
  全面负责酒店健身中心&水疗的日常运营管理工作，包括健身中心、游泳池、SPA等区域的运营与服务。
2、Formulate and implement the annual work plan and budget for the spa center to ensure the achievement of departmental business objectives.
  制定并执行健身中心&水疗年度工作计划与预算，确保部门经营目标的达成。
3、Supervise the maintenance of spa center facilities and equipment to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
  监督健身中心&水疗设施设备的维护保养工作，确保所有设备处于良好运行状态。
4、Develop and implement service standards and procedures for the spa center, continuously improving service quality.
  负责健身中心&水疗的服务标准与流程的制定与实施，持续提升服务质量。
5、Regularly analyze operational data and propose improvement plans to increase departmental revenue and customer satisfaction.
  定期分析经营数据，提出改进方案以提高部门营收与客户满意度。
6、Be responsible for staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation in the spa center.
  负责健身中心&水疗员工的排班、培训与绩效考核工作。
7、Handle customer complaints and emergencies to safeguard the hotel's brand image.
  处理客户投诉与突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象。
8、Maintain good collaboration with other hotel departments to support the achievement of overall operational goals.
  与酒店其他部门保持良好协作，配合完成整体运营目标。 

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Junior college degree or above; major in hotel management, tourism management or related fields is preferred.
  大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2、Minimum 2 years of management experience in a spa center of high-star hotels, familiar with spa center operational processes.
  2年以上高星级酒店健身中心&水疗管理经验，熟悉水疗中心运营流程。
3、Excellent team management skills, capable of effectively motivating employees and improving team performance.
  具备优秀的团队管理能力，能有效激励员工并提升团队绩效。
4、Familiar with the operation and maintenance knowledge of recreational facilities such as fitness equipment and spa equipment.
  熟悉健身器材、水疗设备等健身中心&水疗设施的操作与维护知识。
5、Strong service awareness and customer communication skills, able to properly handle various emergencies.
  具备良好的服务意识与客户沟通能力，能妥善处理各类突发事件。
6、Strong data analysis ability and cost control awareness.
  具备较强的数据分析能力与成本控制意识。
7、Good health condition, able to adapt to flexible working hours.
  身体健康，能适应弹性工作时间安排。
8、Those holding relevant professional qualifications (such as lifeguard certificate, fitness instructor certificate, etc.) are preferred.
  持有相关职业资格证书（如救生员证、健身教练证等）者优先。
