We are looking for a Steward Supervisor with following duties and requirements:

As a Steward Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店管事部主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Oversee daily stewarding operations, including cleaning of kitchen utensils, tableware, and food service equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  管理管事部日常运营，包括厨房用具、餐具及餐饮设备的清洁，确保符合卫生及消毒标准。
2、Supervise stewarding staff, assign daily tasks (e.g., dishwashing, equipment sanitization), monitor work efficiency, and provide on-site guidance.
  督导管事部员工，分配日常工作（如洗碗、设备消毒），监控工作效率并提供现场指导。
3、Manage inventory of cleaning supplies (detergents, sanitizers) and tableware, track usage, coordinate replenishment, and control costs.
  管理清洁用品（洗涤剂、消毒剂）及餐具库存，记录使用量，协调补货并控制成本。
4、Inspect warewashing equipment (dishwashers, sterilizers) regularly, arrange maintenance for malfunctions, and ensure safe operation.
  定期检查洗刷设备（洗碗机、消毒柜），故障时安排维修，确保设备安全运行。
5、Assist in training new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and hotel hygiene policies, and participate in departmental meetings.
  协助培训新员工掌握清洁流程、设备操作及酒店卫生规定，参与部门会议。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、High school diploma or above; 2+ years of experience in hotel stewarding or 餐饮 operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
  高中及以上学历；2 年以上酒店管事部或餐饮运营经验，1年以上督导经验。
2、Familiar with commercial cleaning standards, warewashing equipment operation, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
  熟悉商业清洁标准、洗刷设备操作及食品安全法规（如 HACCP）。
3、Basic English communication skills (spoken); strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  具备基础英语沟通能力（口语）；组织能力及问题解决能力强。
4、Proficient in inventory management and cost control, able to optimize supply usage.
  精通库存管理及成本控制，能优化耗材使用。
5、Able to work in shifts and adapt to busy meal periods.
  能适应轮班工作，可应对用餐高峰期。
