We are looking for a Revenue Manager with following duties and requirements:

As a Revenue Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店收益经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Oversee the hotel's revenue management and reservation operations, develop dynamic pricing strategies and room inventory control plans to maximize room revenue.
  统筹酒店收益管理与预订工作，制定动态定价策略及房态管控方案，最大化客房收益。
2、Analyze market demand, competitors, and booking data to optimize sales channels and improve booking conversion rates.
  分析市场需求、竞争对手及预订数据，优化销售渠道，提升预订转化率。
3、Monitor the implementation of reservation processes, ensure accuracy of order information, and coordinate handling of special requests such as booking changes or cancellations.
  监督预订流程执行，确保订单信息准确，协调处理预订变更、取消等特殊需求。
4、Set revenue targets and budgets, track achievement progress, and adjust strategies promptly to respond to market fluctuations.
  制定收益目标与预算，跟踪达成情况，及时调整策略以应对市场波动。
5、Train and manage the reservation team to enhance their sales skills and revenue awareness, ensuring service standards are implemented.
  培训并管理预订团队，提升其销售技巧与收益意识，确保服务标准落地。
6、Collaborate with sales, front office, and other departments, share market information, and jointly achieve the hotel's overall revenue goals.
  与销售、前厅等部门协作，共享市场信息，联动完成酒店整体营收目标。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：

1、College degree or above; majors in hotel management, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
  大专及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2、At least 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or reservation management, familiar with revenue management systems.
  3年以上酒店收益管理或预订管理经验，熟悉收益管理系统。
3、Strong data analysis skills, able to identify market trends through data and formulate response strategies.
  具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据洞察市场趋势并制定应对策略。
4、Proficient in hotel reservation processes and channel management, with knowledge of OTA platform rules and cooperation models.
  精通酒店预订流程及渠道管理，了解 OTA 平台规则与合作模式。
5、Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong stress tolerance to adapt to dynamic work rhythms and market changes.
  优秀的沟通协调能力与抗压性，能适应动态工作节奏及市场变化。
6、Skilled in office software and hotel systems.
  熟练使用办公软件及酒店系统。
