We are looking for a Spa Therapist with following duties and requirements:

As a Spa Therapist, we rely on you to:
作为酒店水疗技师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Provide professional spa services (e.g., massage, aromatherapy, body care) to guests in strict accordance with the hotel’s service standards and operation procedures.
  严格遵循酒店服务标准及操作流程，为宾客提供专业水疗服务（如按摩、香薰、身体护理等）。
2、Communicate with guests proactively to understand their needs and physical conditions, and recommend suitable spa projects and care plans.
  主动与宾客沟通，了解其需求及身体状况，推荐适宜的水疗项目及护理方案。
3、Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the treatment room, and ensure the normal operation and disinfection of spa equipment and supplies.
  维护治疗室环境卫生整洁，确保水疗设备及用品正常运作并做好消毒工作。
4、Record guest service information and feedback accurately, and report abnormal situations to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  准确记录宾客服务信息及反馈，遇异常情况及时向主管汇报。
5、Participate in regular professional training to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.
  参与定期专业培训，持续提升服务技艺及产品知识水平。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a spa therapist in a high-end hotel or premium spa.
  1年以上高端酒店或精品水疗中心水疗技师相关工作经验。
2、Master professional spa techniques, hold relevant qualification certificates (e.g., massage therapist certificate) is preferred.
  精通水疗专业技艺，持有相关资格证书（如按摩师证）者优先。
3、Good communication skills, warm service awareness, and able to provide personalized service for guests.
  具备良好沟通能力及热情服务意识，能为宾客提供个性化服务。
4、Comply with the hotel’s health and hygiene standards, and have a neat appearance and decent manner.
  遵守酒店卫生防疫标准，仪容整洁、举止得体。
5、Basic English communication skills, able to understand and respond to guests’ simple service needs.
  具备基础英语沟通能力，可理解并回应宾客简单服务需求。
