We are looking for a Trainee with following duties and requirements:

As a Trainee , we rely on you to:
作为酒店实习生，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Assist in daily HR operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  协助人事部日常工作，包括归档、数据录入和文件管理。
2、Support recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  协助招聘工作，如职位发布、简历筛选和面试安排。
3、Help organize and coordinate staff training programs, maintain training records, and assist in training logistics.
  协助组织和协调员工培训项目，维护培训记录，并处理培训相关事务。
4、Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  参与员工活动及内部沟通项目，促进员工参与度。
5、Provide administrative support to the HR team and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  为人事团队提供行政支持，并完成主管分配的临时任务。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
正在攻读人力资源、工商管理或相关专业学位。
2、Strong interest in HR and training functions; proactive and detail-oriented.
对人力资源及培训工作有浓厚兴趣，积极主动，注重细节。
3、Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
4、Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够保密并处理敏感信息。
5、Basic English reading and writing skills; fluent in Mandarin.
具备基本英语读写能力，普通话流利。
