We are looking for a Fitness&Spa Supervisor with following duties and requirements:

As a Fitness&Spa Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店健身中心&水疗主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Supervise daily operations of the fitness center and spa to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  监督健身中心和水疗区域的日常运营，确保服务顺畅并提升宾客满意度。
2、Coordinate staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide training to maintain service standards.
  协调员工排班，监督工作表现，并提供培训以保持服务标准。
3、Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and hygienic condition.
  确保所有设备和设施处于安全、清洁的状态。
4、Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote spa and fitness services to increase revenue.
  处理宾客咨询，及时解决投诉，并推广水疗和健身服务以提升营收。
5、Monitor inventory of spa products and fitness supplies; manage cost control and procurement.
  监控水疗产品和健身用品库存，管理成本控制和采购工作。 

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、At least 2 years of supervisory experience in fitness, spa, or hospitality industry.
  至少2年健身、水疗或酒店行业的管理经验。
2、Knowledge of health, wellness, and spa treatments; familiar with fitness equipment operations.
  了解健康养生及水疗护理，熟悉健身设备操作。
3、Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  具备较强的领导力、组织能力和沟通能力。
4、Ability to manage staff, handle guest relations, and ensure service quality.
  能够管理员工、处理宾客关系，并确保服务质量。
5、Basic English communication skills and fluent Mandarin; additional language is a plus.
  具备基本英语沟通能力，普通话流利，会其他语言者优先。
