As a Health Club & Spa Receptionist, we rely on you to:
作为酒店健身中心&水疗接待，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1、Greet and assist guests professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming service experience.
  专业迎接并协助客人，确保提供热情周到的服务体验。
2、Handle guest check‑ins, facility bookings, and activity registrations accurately and efficiently.
  负责客人的办理登记、设施预约及项目报名，确保操作准确高效。
3、Provide detailed information about recreation facilities, activities, and promotions.
  向客人介绍康乐设施、活动项目及相关推广信息。
4、Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area and ensure all materials are prepared.
  保持前台区域整洁有序，确保相关物品及时补充与准备。
5、Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and promptly handle guest inquiries or complaints.
  与其他部门保持良好沟通，确保运营顺畅，并及时处理客人咨询或投诉。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Hospitality or recreation-related experience preferred.
  有酒店或康乐相关经验者优先。
2、Good communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
  具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，形象亲切、态度积极。
3、Basic English communication ability; additional language skills are a plus.
  具备基本英语沟通能力，会其他语言者优先。
4、Able to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
  能承受一定工作压力，适应轮班制，包括周末及节假日排班。
5、Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and professional service mindset.
  具备良好的责任心、团队合作精神及专业服务意识。
