As a Housekeeping Associate, we rely on you to:
作为酒店客房服务员，需承担以下主要工作职责:

1、Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including bed-making, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
  按照酒店标准清洁并维护客房，包括铺床、除尘和清洁浴室。
2、Replenish amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
  补充客房用品和备品，如毛巾、洗浴用品和迷你吧物品。
3、Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room status updates in a timely manner.
  及时上报维修问题、遗失物品及客房状态变更。
4、Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after work.
  确保正确、安全使用清洁设备，并在使用后妥善存放。
5、Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding to special requests when necessary.
  为客人提供礼貌、高效的服务，并在需要时回应客人特殊需求。

We are looking someone who:

1、Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards preferred.
  具备客房清洁流程及卫生标准的基础知识者优先。
2、Physical ability to handle cleaning tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting items.
  能胜任清洁相关的体力工作，包括长时间站立和搬运物品。
3、Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  注重细节，并能坚持酒店的清洁与安全规范。
4、Good communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented mindset.
  具备良好沟通能力及服务意识，态度友好。
5、Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
  能接受轮班制度，包括在周末及节假日工作。
