As a Digital Executive, we rely on you to:
作为酒店数字营销主任，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Develop and implement the hotel’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, direct bookings, and revenue growth.
  制定并执行酒店数字营销策略，提升品牌曝光度、官网直订量及整体营收。
2、Manage and optimize all digital platforms, including hotel website, social media, OTA content, email marketing, and online advertising.
  管理并优化酒店官网、社交媒体、OTA内容、电子邮件营销及线上广告投放。
3、Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote hotel products, rooms, F&B outlets, and seasonal offers.
  策划并执行数字营销活动，推广客房、餐饮及酒店各类促销方案。
4、Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and improvement plans.
  通过数据分析工具监测营销成效，输出分析报告并提出优化建议。
5、Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure consistent brand image and messaging.
  与酒店内部部门及外部代理公司协作，确保品牌形象及信息传达一致。

We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  市场营销、数字营销、酒店管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  具备数字营销相关工作经验，有酒店或文旅行业经验者优先。
3、Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, OTA platforms, and CRM systems.
  熟悉SEO/SEM、社交媒体、OTA平台及CRM系统等数字营销渠道。
4、Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  具备以数据为导向的思维方式，较强的数据分析及报告能力。
5、Excellent communication skills, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  具备良好的沟通能力与创新意识，能够适应酒店行业快节奏的工作环境。
