主要负责员工餐厅相关工作。
【岗位职责】
1.按照酒店标准配方，完成员工餐厅厨房所需面点、点心的制作，保证出品口味、品相统一稳定。
2.完成食材预处理、馅料调配、备料备货，配合餐期高峰，保障出餐效率。
3.做好工具、设备、操作区域清洁，严格执行食品安全与卫生操作规范。
4.协助食材盘点，合理使用原料，控制食材损耗；设备异常及时上报。
5. 服从厨师主管工作安排，配合团队完成各类生产任务。
【任职要求】
1. 有酒店点心相关工作经验，熟悉面点、点心制作工艺。
