  1. Security Operation安全操作
  • Safeguard the property and life of both guests and employees. Makepatrols and inspect the hotel, especially the important place i.e. exits, inorder to eliminate hazards or subdue a criminal action.保护酒店客人、员工的生命财产安全。巡查酒店区域,特别是重点区域,如:逃生通道,以避免灾害和犯罪行为的发生。
  • Work with walkie-talkie for easy contact.工作时携带对讲机以便联系
  • Record any meaningful information on Memo Book in the sequence ofchronology; include duty rolling, suspicious objective, damaged equipment,unsafe situation, etc.将工作时发生的事情按时间顺序记录在“工作日志”上。包括岗位轮换、可疑目标、设备损坏和不安全因素等。
  • Implement the hotel rules on Lost & Found, fill in related forms andreport the lost to relevant department immediately.执行酒店关于“失物招领”的相关规定,填写相应的表格,并立即报告相关负责部门。
  • Pay attention to all the people in the hotel to ensure their actions arenot dangerous to the hotel.关注酒店内所有的人员,确保他们的行为不会危害酒店利益。
  • Assist Human Resource in inspecting staff’s locker. Report to on dutyLoss Prevention Officer directly before performing the duties.协助人事部检查员工更衣箱。在这之前要报告当值的安全主任。
  • Perform other duties assigned by Loss Prevention Management / TeamLeader.执行保安管理层/安全主任安排的其他任务
  1. Emergency Response紧急应对
  • Respond to emergency calls and follow the instruction of Loss PreventionOfficer or Management.接到报警呼叫后,按安全主任或管理层的指示行动。
  • In the event of an emergency, get to the scene immediately asinstructed, find out the facts and then report to Loss Prevention Officer inshift. Control the situation and perform first aids if necessary. Meanwhile,make a detailed report.在紧急情况发生时,按指示立即到达现场,找出原因并报告当班安全主任。控制现场情况,在需要时进行急救。期间要进行详细的报告。
  1. Care of Equipment设备维护
  • Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.监督设备的维护和使用。
  • Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies toappropriate area.及时报告设备故障和维护不足的情况。
  1. Training And Employees Activities培训和员工活动
  • Attend scheduled training.参加计划内的培训活动。
  • Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.积极参与公司组织的员工活动。
  1. Grooming And Hygiene仪容和卫生
  • Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of thehotel.遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。
  1. Attendance出勤
  • Adhere to the set procedures for attendanceand time keeping.遵守出勤和考勤制度。
  1. Company Policies And Procedures公司政策和程序
  • Adhere to the provisions outlined in theEmployee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.遵守员工手册内的列出的规章制度。
  1. Environmental Awareness环境保护
  • Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.循环利用或出售耗材以减少浪费。
  • Recycle, when possible.尽可能的回收废弃物品
  • Conserve water and energy by adhering to environmental / energyconservation checklist appropriate for her area.根据环保节能的要求节约使用周边区域的水和能源。
  1. Guiding Principles指导原则
  • Practice theguiding principles in day to day interactions.将以上要求应用到日常的工作中。
