职位描述

1.按照凯宾斯基饭店标准程序,热情友好的为抵店客人办理入住登记和离店客人办理离店结账手续。

Checks in the arriving guest and checks out the departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Kempinski Hotel procedures and standards

2.办理入住登记手续时,根据客人喜好安排房间。如果需要,帮助客人填写登记表。运用建设性的销售技巧,推销客房及其它酒店服务。确认客人付款方式,遵循既定信用制度,由行李员或由前厅接待本人引领客人至房间,为第一次入住的客人介绍房间设施。

Upon check in, registers guest and assigns rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possible. If needed, assists guests in completing the registration cards. Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures or refers cash handling payment to cashiers. Invite bellman or ourselves to escort guest to the room and explain room facilities for first time guest.

3.按照法律要求负责在公安局提供的软件系统上正确的进行客人入住登记。提高并保持有效性、保密性和安全性

Responsible for register guests in the local Police and Security Bureau system according to the legal requirements. Promote and maintain effective, confidential and secure record keeping.

4.为退房客人办理结账手续时,询问客人是否有新的消费。确认客人的付款方式,结清客人账务并给到相应账单和发票。

Upon departure of guests, processes the guest check out procedures. Inquire for last minute charges. Receive payment from guests. Settles the guest account and gives copy of the invoice.

5.协助客房部更新房间状态,例如:通知团队离店时间,延迟退房,提前登记入住以及其它特殊需要。

Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying them of all group check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests.

6.执行前台收银员的工作业务,例如:入账,兑换外币和平账,每个班次结束时进行关账。

Handle all front office cashiers’ transactions such as posting charges, exchanging foreign currency according to the procedures. At the end of shift, balances his/her cash float.

7.在与客人进行电话或当面沟通时,应礼貌地回答客人讯问。提供或接收信息并采取相应行动,或移交给相关人员处理。例如:提供保险箱,处理留言,处理投诉。

Answers all guests’ requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provides/receives information and takes appropriate actions or refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be and not inclusive of issuing a safe deposit box, handling messages or dealing with a complaints.

8.按照凯宾斯基标准运作程序,全方位的为客人提供打字,传真,电话和复印服务等以保证客人满意。完整记录商务中心各项服务, 保证准确收取各项服务费用。

Provide comprehensive service to guest and assists guest with typing, facsimile service, telephone and photocopying etc. Keeps a complete record of each service provided in the Business Center and make sure they are billed and collected from guests.

9.接受和记录客人的叫醒服务,并通知宾客服务中心。

Accept and record wake-up call requests, deliver to Guest Service Center。

10.备注和遵守调整客人的需求和个人喜好,确保所有客人的和喜好得到正确的认知。

Note and coordinate compliance with guest needs, ensure proper recognition and preference and delivery for all guests by the appropriate department.

11.为客人存档客史。

Maintain guest history files on all guests。

12.随时了解酒店服务设施信息以及每日会议活动。

Keep informed of product and service knowledge as well as the hotel daily and meeting activities.

13.掌握酒店产品知识,当地旅游商务信息,以便回答客人问题。

Keep abreast on hotel products and services as well as on tourist and business traveling information that may be of any interest to our guests in order to be able to answer guests’ questions.

14.随时保持工作区域清洁卫生

Maintain the neatness of his/her working area.

15.掌握客房预订标准程序

Possess a working knowledge of the room reservation procedures. 

16.收集客人意见卡,在班次结束时,交接需要跟进的客人意见、投诉、不寻常的状况和突发事件,确保工作的有效性并上报与前厅值班经理。

At the end of shift, handover and reporting guest comments,complaint, unusual situations and incidents that need follow up, to ensure efficiency in the operation and reports to Front Office Duty Manager
