Annual leave is entitled after 1 year service. Full scale of social insurance is provided to staff, i.e. pension, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance. Hotel provides free work meals in staff canteen and free accommodation in staff dormitory. Staff chess room, staff TV room, staff reading room, table tennis, staff locker room, staff bathroom are free of use for staff.
