【岗位职责】

1、全面负责餐饮部的日常运营管理工作，包括餐厅、宴会、酒吧等区域的运营监督与服务质量把控；

2、制定并执行餐饮部年度、季度、月度经营计划，确保完成营收及利润目标；

3、优化餐饮服务流程，提升客户满意度，处理客人投诉及突发事件；

4、负责餐饮部成本控制，包括食材采购、库存管理及人力成本优化；

5、监督食品安全与卫生标准执行，确保符合国家相关法规及酒店要求；

6、负责餐饮部员工培训、排班及绩效考核，提升团队专业水平与服务意识；

7、策划并执行餐饮促销活动，提升酒店餐饮品牌影响力及市场竞争力；

8、与其他部门（如前厅部、市场部）协调合作，确保酒店整体服务品质。

【岗位要求】

1、具备较强的餐饮管理能力，熟悉酒店餐饮运营模式及服务流程；

2、优秀的团队领导与沟通协调能力，能有效激励员工并处理突发问题；

3、具备成本控制意识及数据分析能力，能制定合理的经营策略；

4、对食品安全、卫生标准及行业法规有深入了解；

5、具备较强的市场敏感度，能根据市场需求调整餐饮服务策略；

6、能适应高强度工作，具备良好的抗压能力及服务意识；

7、有酒店或高端餐饮行业管理经验者优先。
