岗位职责
1、协助部门总监制定审计工作计划，并组织实施。
2、负责酒店例行和专项审计项目的实施，确保审计结果准确、及时、客观、公正。
3、在完成审计工作后，与被审计部门沟通审计意见，对审计发现的问题督促其整改和纠正。
4、负责配合调查事项提供审计资料和相关会计证据，负责部门内外部内控管理培训。

5、完成财务总监安排的其他工作。

岗位要求
1、审计或财务会计专业大专以上学历。
2、40岁以下，具有酒店行业同等规模单位担任相关审计职务的经历，从事审计工作3年以上，熟悉酒店审计的各项工作流程，熟练掌握审计常用技能。
3、熟练掌握审计各模块相关知识，精通审计、财务管理知识等。
4、执行能力、计划能力，强烈的责任心、主动性，良好的团队合作能力、学习创新能力，适应能力，较强沟通协调能力、理解分析能力，对人和事物有客观判断性。
