【岗位职责】
1、严格按照菜单烹饪标准进行热菜制作,控制火候、调味、烹饪时间,保证菜品的口味、
色 泽、质感稳定统一。
2、配合厨师长研发新菜品,参与试菜调整,提出改进建议,优化烹饪工艺。
3、清楚所有食品的配料、技巧、烹饪方法及设备等方面的知识。
4、执行食品卫生相关法规,遵循生熟分开原则,把控菜品制作过程中的卫生细节,确保出品符合
食品安全要求。
5、负责炉灶烹饪设备的日常操作、维护与清洁,定期检查设备运行状态,发现故障及时报修,确
保设备安全高效运转。
【岗位要求】
1、中专学历,同岗位工作经验3年以上;
2、接受过专业技术训练,达到厨师技术水平;
3、有丰富的厨师技术经验;
4、懂得成本核算,食物原料及食品营养知识。
5、身体健康,精力充沛。
