Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求:


Responsible for the Entire HFSMS program in Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley.

负责武汉光谷希尔顿的食品安全管理体系。

Attend required meetings and training as directed by the Director of Operations and Executive  Chef’s offices

出席必要的会议并且按照行政总厨办公室的指示进行培训。

Responsible for daily F&B audit, action plan and report

负责餐饮部每天的审计和行动方案和报告

Responsible for training to all our culinary and F&B team members

负责培训厨房和餐饮的所有员工

Maintain good communication with internal & external guests & team members

与内外客人和团队成员保持良好的沟通

To be on the floor and look for malpractice daily, to maintain a log book for further rectification and training.

每天进行联系,报告在日志本上做进一步的改正和培训

Must have knowledge of fire control and safety

需要掌握控制火灾和安全方面的知识

Check and maintain garbage room hygiene standards

按照标准检查和维持垃圾房的卫生

Check and approve garbage classification methods

审阅垃圾分类方法

Keep contact with customers, suppliers, government & competitors

与客人、供应商、政府、竞争者和其他团员保持联系

Motivate all culinarymembers, make team work strong

鼓励所有的厨房成员,使团队工作变得强大

Organization and assist monthly inventory with finance

与财务一起组织和协调每月的存货

Mentor all Kitchen and Food & Beverage team members’ food safety standards.

指导所有厨房和餐饮团队成员的是我安全标准

Communicates with theDirector of Operations, Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef on all aspects of HFSMS, to ensure proper co-ordination of instructions and directives.

与行政总厨和行政副总厨沟通,厨师在希尔顿食品安全管理体系的各个方面,确保适当的合作



Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:


Up to date Sanitation Classes .

更新的卫生课程。

Health Certificate.

健康证。



Preferred Qualifications 更高的资历要求:


Knowledge in HACCP .

在食品安全体系方面的知识。

Industry experience minimum 3 years in  4 or 5 Star Hotel.

至少四/五星级酒店相关3年的工作经验。
