As Communication Executive, we rely on you to
作为一名市场传媒主任，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
2. Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collaterals and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
3. Helps with the publications of hotel’s newsletter(s).
4. Gathers and distributes to relevant parties information/ advertising clippings of competitor hotels.
5. Assists with execution of hotel sponsored events and community/ government relations activities.
6. Assists with execution of press promotional activities.
7. Compiles and maintains press kit information for media as appropriate.
1、协助维护所有关于广告，印刷品及公共关系活动。
2、协助并支持酒店与广告中介及集团公司办公司的市场部门的广告，印刷品及公关事务。
3、协助酒店公共时讯的出版物。
4、收集及分发竞争酒店有关信息/广告简报。
5、协助执行酒店赞助事件和社区/政府关系的活动。
6、协助执行广告促销活动。
7、根据媒体情况要求编制及维护宣传资料袋信息。

We are looking for someone who:

1. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin
2. At least 2 years experience in similar position in International chain hotel.
1、良好的中英文口语及书写能力
2、至少2年国际连锁酒店同等岗位工作经验
