职位描述
Accountabilities
Including but not limited to:
Strategic Planning
- Able to plan, develop and well-execute marketing campaigns under the guidance of line manager, including identifying marketing objectives, digital promotion and tracking, offline event execution, internal and external communication plans, media outreach and budgeting etc.
Marketing Communication
- Produces timely content to properly promote your responsible business lines across different internal and external channels, i.e corporate website, social media, press release, client newsletter and internal newsletter etc.
- Assist line manager in organizing high-impact events & exhibitions for clients, media and internal stakeholders. Preparing all marketing materials including proposals, presentations, brochures, floor plans and etc.
- Ensures the business lines are equipped with professionally produced and updated marketing collaterals to support their business development efforts
- Gain the highest share of voice for the firm by engaging with media actively to pitch stories, such as leadership profiling, new assignments, significant transactions, research and other newsworthy items
- Identifies external exposure opportunities for branding and business. For example, speaking opportunities, interviews and 3rd party’s collaboration events etc.
- Identifies and manages external resources and vendors for creative services, corporate gift, print, photography and video production etc.
- Works with line manager to adapt content, drive digital, and leverage business development marketing materials
Brand Management
- Ensures that all marketing, communication and business development activities are consistent with JLL’s brand image and graphics standards program
Administrative Assistance
- Composes and types project descriptions, correspondences, memos and creates various tables and graphs
- Database maintenance and management
- Organizing and coordinating agency/ 3rd party/ media meetings, develops meeting agendas, takes minute. Tracks action items
- Researches and compiles data and information for various projects.
- Supports sales team members in the implementation of business strategies
- Collaborate colleagues in other departments such as corporate marketing, legal, finance and etc.
- Follow up with contracts and payments on various projects.
- General administration
- Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- A MUST – has “strive for excellence” work attitude and “can-do” spirit
- Take ownership and be passionate of what you do
- Attention to details
- Digital savvy
- Has knowledge and resources to new media in China
- Ability to work independently from planning to execution
- Work as a team player and willing to contribute to other members
- Excellent communication and writing skills – both Chinese and English
- Experience working in multinational corporations
- Minimum 1 years of marketing and communications experience
- Appropriate high-level education (such as a Bachelor’s Degree), preferably in marketing, journalism or communications
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and knowledge of new media
