【职位描述】
Working as part of the Solution & Proposal Team;the Senior Graphics Design Analyst is responsible for the development and execution of visual elements on assigned projects including proposals;presentations;flyers and bid documents.
You will:
· work with the team to develop themes and visual representation for proposals and presentations in a fast-paced environment
· work with defined templates as well as creating new templates for graphically impressive documents;including placement of images;infographics;illustrations and text
· strive to innovate within JLL brand guidelines as well as client-branded documents as required
· transform unrefined proposal drafts into highly impactful client-ready versions;in MS Word;PowerPoint and InDesign
· take full ownership of assigned projects;ensuring quality and timely completion;while providing ongoing clear communication to the team lead and broader stakeholders
· proof own work and collaborate with the team to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency
· maintain design library of previously utilised designs/templates as well as develop a repository of new ones
· be highly organised and ensure all jobs are tracked and reported at the end of each month for the purpose of billing and reporting
liaise with external suppliers and agencies when required;for example obtaining print/production quotations and liaise with other service providers
