【职位描述】
-Responsible for providing professional meeting room booking service for the client.
-Inspect the British Center & meeting rooms every day to keep these areas clean and the conference system in good condition.
-Report Health & Safety near miss or incidents at the British Center to Post Security Manager or the line manager.
-Schedule and organize the planned & reactive maintenance for the client’s non-critical assets at office premises. Learn and use Corrigo System to manage the maintenance.
-Provide other office support service;such as Building Management Office Liaison;notification of visitor list;application of air conditioning fee; bill payment application.
-Cover switchboard receptionist when necessary to answer the telephone;take messages;greet visitors;collect & deliver mails;etc.
-Where requested;deliver catering service at office premises through the field team or the vendor. The catering service include but not limit to hospitality;catering for special events.
-Other administrative and clerical job assigned by the line manager.
-Good command of oral and written English
-Excellent customer service sense and communication skills
-Be proactive;be patient;good team player.
-Experience on front desk service or facilities management is preferred
